Job Duties

The mission of the Office of Graduate Studies is to enhance the success of graduate students to be well-rounded, resourceful leaders by promoting excellence in graduate education and providing student support.

The Graduate Program Admin Assistant will provide administrative support for Graduate Program Coordinators in designated programs. Successful applicants will have strong administrative, organizational and technical editing skills.

Minimum Qualifications

Must have knowledge of M/S Office (email/calendar, Word, Excel), M/S Teams, and Learning Management Systems such as Blackboard. Successful applicants will have strong administrative, organizational, and technical editing skills.

Additional Considerations

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a STEM discipline.
