Job Description

This position will be responsible for providing a variety of business and fiscal functions to manage grant operations at the College level. This position will support the College portfolio of grants covering Departments and ARECs. The position will support faculty through both the pre-award and post-award processes, including building and budgeting proposals, proposal submission, navigating progress report submission, and other support, working closely with the Office of Sponsored Programs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with NSF and NIH proposals.
• Experience with financial grants management in a university context.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and external partners
• Current CRA certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience with large NSF awards.
• Familiarity with Cayuse, Research.gov, or similar agency websites.
• Experience in training and project management.
• Current PMP certification
• Knowledge of Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) requirements.
