Adjunct Faculty Pool - Diagnostic Medical Sonography

Piedmont Virginia Community College (PVCC) is a nonresidential two-year institution of higher education that serves Central Virginia - principally residents of the City of Charlottesville and the counties of Albemarle, Buckingham, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa and Nelson. Our scenic campus is located in Albemarle County, Virginia. We are one of 23 community colleges in Virginia that comprise the Virginia Community College System (VCCS).

We are seeking to identify qualified and interested adjunct faculty members in the following teaching disciplines and/or subject areas: DIAGNOSTIC MEDICAL SONOGRAPHY

Duties and Responsibilities:
Teaching Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS) content in classroom and campus laboratories. This position requires faculty to design course syllabi and develop course materials related to DMS. Excellent knowledge of sonography equipment and hands on lab practice. Teaching load based on student enrollment and staffing needs.
