The department of School Psychology and Counselor Education is recruiting a pool of persons for the Fall 2025, Spring 2026, and Summer 2026 semesters to be considered for possible adjunct teaching positions in our master’s and education specialist program in school psychology, our master’s degree program in counseling (clinical mental health, addictions, school counseling, and military and veterans counseling), and in our doctoral degree program in counselor education.Job Description:
Required Qualifications
Successful completion of a terminal degree in counselor education, school psychology, or a related field.
Applicants for the MED in counseling must have a Ph.D. in Counselor Education.
For those applicants for school psychology without a terminal degree, qualifications must include those enumerated in the Faculty Qualifications Manual for Alternate Methods of Qualifying Faculty to Teach.
Preferred Qualifications
College teaching experience in school psychology, school counseling, counseling (e.g., clinical mental health, military veterans, relationship, marriage, and family), counselor education (Ph.D.), or related field.
