Administrative and Office Specialist

Support the Faculty and staff at the Eastern Shore Agricultural Research & Extension Center by maintaining expenditures and performing reconciliations for the center budget and all gift, grant and competitive grant funds. Duties to include, but not limited to, payroll responsibilities, purchasing card reconciliation, travel and meeting assistance, ordering and receiving supplies etc. Present a positive image of the Center to the public through proper telephone etiquette and respectfully and professionally greeting visitors.
