Job Duties

· Provides administrative support for day-to-day operations of the MAC and its programs;
· Manages MAC database systems and confidential records and routinely compiles information for administrative reports and updates, in collaboration with the Registrar and other units as required;
· Assists with training, management, and evaluation of the MAC’s peer tutors;
· Designs and produces training materials and other documents as needed in support of MAC programs;
· Processes purchasing, travel, and other fiscal paperwork in keeping with VMI Comptroller’s office guidelines;
· Maintains the Miller Academic Center webpage and social media accounts;
· Performs other duties as assigned by the Director.

Minimum Qualifications

· Related experience in office setting
· Familiarity with Excel and Qualtrics
· Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
· Able to handle multiple tasks at one time
· Excellent organizational skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Excellent verbal/written communication skills

· Data collection experience and reporting
