  • Proactively identify and implement integrations between EAB Navigate and other college systems.
  • Develop training materials and deliver training to end-users across the college.
  • Maintain academic programs and pathways within supported systems (EAB and Ad Astra).
  • Participate in vendor meetings, system implementations, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Provide support for Ad Astra scheduling, reporting, and room utilization analytics.
  • Support Student Information System (SIS) data integrations, including student groups, class scheduling, and application data.
  • Develop, validate, and deliver reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Manage system access in alignment with security, compliance, and audit requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience reporting tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis functions, pivot tables and data validation techniques.
  • Experience with system integrations, data mapping, or automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • General understanding of software support principles and the software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to document and improve business processes.
  • Understanding of college operations, particularly non-instructional areas.
  • Knowledge of information security principles and best practices.
  • Understanding of project management principles.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting and integrating software systems.

Additional Considerations:

  • Experience in higher education.
  • Experience supporting enterprise systems (SIS, CRM, scheduling, advising platforms).
  • Experience with cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
  • Experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries and supporting Microsoft SQL Server environments.
  • Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
