VCU Athletics is actively seeking an Assistant AD for Ticket Operations to manage and oversee all aspects of VCU Athletics' ticket office operation. Reporting to the Sr. Associate AD for External Relations, the Assistant AD for Ticket Operations will work closely with various members of the Athletics's external operations team, directly supervise one full-time employee, numerous part-time employees, and will liaison with Aspire to grow all ticket sales.

Minimum Hiring Standards:

• Bachelor's degree or training and experience that equates to a bachelor's degree;
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a Division I ticket office;
• Paciolan Ticketing System experience (or similar software);
• Strong oral and written communications skills; and
• Demonstrated experience working in and fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment or commitment to do so as a staff member at VCU.

Preferred Hiring Standards:

• Advanced degree or training and experience that equates to an advanced degree;
• Paciolan Ticketing System experience; and
• 3 or more years experience in a Division I ticket office.
