The Department of Internal Medicine’s Division of General, Geriatric, Palliative, and Hospital Medicine at the University of Virginia is pleased to announce our search for Palliative Care Physicians to join our expanding team. Responsibilities may include co-managing and attending on a busy palliative consult service, hospice unit, facilitating one or more outpatient clinics, and educating trainees. Opportunities to participate in funded research may also be available. Rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications and experience. Individuals must have an MD and be board certified or board eligible in Palliative Medicine. Experience in palliative consult services is preferred.
