Contract Data Management Spec

Ensures strategic and coordinated data systems management accuracy and integrity of data and reporting of data to internal customers within UVA Medical Center Procurement.

• Responsible for coordinating the collection maintenance analysis and distribution of administrative information used to produce contract order placement and reporting.
• Implements PeopleSoft Procurement Contract Module and maintains data files contained therein.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly quarterly and annual reports as required by Supply Chain Management.
• Maintain statistics and conduct market research.
• In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
  

Position Compensation Range: $51,417.60 - $82,264.00 Annual

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: Five years of job related experience. Four additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Licensure: None required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
