Ensures strategic and coordinated data systems management accuracy and integrity of data and reporting of data to internal customers within UVA Medical Center Procurement.
Responsible for coordinating the collection maintenance analysis and distribution of administrative information used to produce contract order placement and reporting.
Implements PeopleSoft Procurement Contract Module and maintains data files contained therein.
Ensure timely and accurate monthly quarterly and annual reports as required by Supply Chain Management.
Maintain statistics and conduct market research.
In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
Position Compensation Range: $51,417.60 - $82,264.00 Annual
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: Five years of job related experience. Four additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree. Licensure: None required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
