Job Duties

The Department of Nursing and Allied Health in the College of Science, Engineering and Technology seeks applications for a program coordinator/tenure track assistant professor position. The assistant professor’s responsibilities include annual assessment reports, leadership for student programs/petitions/development, engage in scholarship, and perform ethically and professionally. This is a full-time 9-month position with 6 weeks summer work commitment.

Minimum Qualifications

• An earned Ph. D or Doctorate in Health Informatics or related field.
• Evidence of scholarly activities, professional development, and service.
• Experience working in the healthcare field.

Additional Considerations

• Record of teaching online courses in institutions of higher learning, using Blackboard.
• Experience in the use of technology, software, and resources to assist in the delivery of course content.
