Reynolds is one of the largest community colleges in Virginia and serves Virginia’s capital city and five nearby counties. The Fiber Optics Installer Adjunct Faculty member provides hands-on instruction and classroom teaching in fiber optics installation, testing, and maintenance. This role prepares students for entry-level to advanced careers in telecommunications by delivering industry-aligned curriculum, emphasizing safety standards, troubleshooting techniques, and real-world applications. The adjunct faculty member supports student learning through engaging instruction, lab supervision, assessment of competencies, and collaboration with program faculty to ensure course content reflects current industry practices.
