Job Duties

This position will maintain a clean, sanitary and safe environment, work in all areas of food service which includes but are not limited to dishwashing, food delivery and tray assembly. Assist with special functions. This position is responsible for following all health and safety guidelines established by all food service regulations no matter the agency.
-The ability to read, write and follow specific instructions.
-Knowledge of food preparation, plate assembly/tray line, prepping food to serve, delivery of meal carts.
-Sanitation and Safety processes to include the cleanup of workspaces and utensils
-The ability to lift/carry heavy objects, stand for long periods of time, walk, and bend

Previous industrial food service experience is preferred.
