The position requires occasional travel to affiliated sites and the ability to work independently while maintaining accurate records and meeting established deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must possess a current Funeral Director or Funeral Service License and have a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in funeral service practice. Must hold an associate’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, maintain detailed records and documentation, exercise independent judgment, and work effectively with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic record management systems. Ability to travel to affiliated sites as needed for visits, compliance monitoring, and program support.

Familiarity with American Board of Funeral Service Educators (ABFSE) accreditation standards, including documentation and compliance requirements. Experience maintaining regulatory records, establishment permits, licensing documentation, and compliance reports. Proven ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
