GENEDGE is seeking a Regional Growth Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for manufacturers in Western Virginia. This role is responsible for developing relationships with manufacturers, understanding their business and operational challenges, and connecting them to GENEDGE’s consulting, training, and technical services. The Western Region incorporates Southwest, New River Valley, and Shenandoah Valley Virginia, primarily along I-81.

The Regional Growth Manager works closely with Business Services Directors and third-party specialists and may provide limited project coordination to ensure continuity and responsiveness for the client.

· Identify new opportunities within existing client relationships
· Build and manage a regional pipeline of manufacturers and engagements
