Job Duties

To perform repairs and maintenance to all HVAC equipment on Nottoway Campus. To make routine repairs to PGH and VCBR HVAC equipment. Included but not limited to HVAC air handlers, VAV, VFD, Refrigeration walk-in coolers and freezers etc. Maintain Preventive Maintenance, Work Orders, and Planned Event in the CMMS management system (TMS). To ensure Patient and Residents areas are in compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

-Valid Driver’s license.
-Experience in residential or commercial HVAC systems required.
-Experience with troubleshooting circuits and controls.
-EPA certification required. Type 1 and 2
-Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with other staff members including customers and management

Additional Considerations

-Experience in either of the general trades: carpentry, painting, HVAC, plumbing or electrical preferred.
