• Continuum Home Infusion Pharmacy is seeking applicants for a Home Service Representative (HSR). This dynamic role performs a variety of administrative and clinical functions in a fast-paced office environment requiring communication and coordination with a staff, vendors, and patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative assistance including prioritizing complex issues, supporting office clinical operations and special projects.
This position is wage,, working 2-3 shifts per week as needed. The position would be Monday through Friday, day shift.
Ability to prioritize & multi-task, Handle internal and external requests, answer the telephone, respond to or triage email inquiries
Develops and implements effective and professional office practices and procedures
Handles supply refill requests
Communicates appropriately using good interpersonal skills
Participates in performance improvement activities
Participates as a team member and is accountable for own work responsibilities
Working knowledge of word and excel.
Ability to make and manage data bases.
In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned
Position Compensation Range: $16.64 - $25.79 Hourly
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent.
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
Licensure: Valid Virginia Driver’s License may be required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Job requires standing for prolonged periods, frequently bending/stooping, climbing (ladder, steps), reaching (overhead, extensive, repetitive) and driving. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 50 - 100lbs. May be exposed to fumes, vibrations, heat, dust, noise, radiation and outdoor climate.
