Job Duties

• Greet and assist employees and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Direct individuals to the appropriate HR staff.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Assist with onboarding processes, including scheduling orientations and preparing new hire paperwork.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR files are accurate and up to date.
• Process HR-related requests such as employment verifications and complete PSLF forms.
• Assist with HR projects and events as needed.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems (preferred).
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Additional Considerations

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree in HR or a related field is a plus.
• 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in HR or a related field.
