In partnership with people with disabilities, the DRS Field Rehabilitation Services Division assists individuals with disabilities to make informed choices that will maximize their employment through coordinated service delivery. DRS staff will assist the Workforce Network to deliver quality workforce services to individuals with disabilities who want to work and employers seeking to hire them.
We are seeking a Human Services Manager focused on achieving employment outcomes and promoting independent living for adults and students with disabilities. This role directs and manages all programmatic and administrative functions to ensure efficient, effective daily operations of assigned DRS field offices, delivering comprehensive vocational rehabilitation services within established policies and procedures.
The position provides direct supervision to customer service and support staff, ensures responsible management of fiscal resources, and requires access to personally identifiable and confidential information about agency consumers and staff.

• Prioritize duties and exercise responsible judgment with minimal supervision; to motivate and train professional and support staff.
