Job Duties

Provides quality nursing care to SVP adult residents within scope of licensure under the supervision of RN. Will administer medication and treatments and evaluates patients’ response as defined in policies and procedures. The nurse maintains a safe, therapeutic environment, using the least restrictive measures necessary and upholds the rights and dignity of the residents and their families at all times.

Minimum Qualifications

VA LPN licensure.

Additional Considerations

Previous work experience in a psychiatric work environment preferred.
