Minimum Qualifications:
Work experience in one or more of the following:
Must posses or be willing to obtain a trainer certification through National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER).
Demonstrated effective communication in teaching/learning situations.
Fairness and flexibility in understanding and working with a wide variety of students.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative manner in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience teaching.
