Typical Duties
  • Provide administrative support for clinical services so that patients are seen promptly and the clinic operates smoothly.
  • Schedule practitioners utilizing Pyramed software ensuring appointments are scheduled accurately.
  • Maintain a patient appointment system and manage walk-ins.
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, register patients by verifying eligibility and reviewing patient information for completeness and accuracy.
  • Manage daily clinic schedule and room assignments to ensure proper clinic coverage and organization.
  • Monitor fiscal operations.
  • Organize medical records to ensure completeness and availability of the records
