The integrated Translational Health Research Institute of Virginia (iTHRIV) at the University of Virginia seeks an iTHRIV Project Coordinator to provide fiscal and administrative support for the NIH-funded CTSA, including scheduling and coordinating materials for iTHRIV Programs, preparing monthly financial reports, processing expenditures, and other tasks as assigned. The incumbent work at the task level, under direct supervision, and follow prescribed procedures and protocols.
Work in conjunction with iTHRIV Finance team to monitor monthly financialreports and prepare expenditure reports for review by leadership.
Assist with the monitoring and reconciliation of budgets in awards and projects for iTHRIV, including the NIH-NCATS CTSA award.
Support iTHRIV leadership with calendar management.
Collect receipts for monthly reconciliations and year-end reporting.
Process payments for Community engagement/community reviewers for iTHRIV programs.
Process reimbursements for iTHRIV travel and expenses.
Monitor office supply needs for iTHRIV operational team, purchase needed supplies using iTHRIV P-card.
Prepare minutes for iTHRIV program meetings as requested, and track activity on assigned action items.
Support the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as scheduling meetings (in person and/or virtual), and reserving conference rooms.
Assist with coordinating reports and preparing materials for presentations and/or sponsor communications.
Assist with collecting and maintaining website information related to the iTHRIV Programs.
Conduct surveys and evaluations for iTHRIV programs and prepare reports for leadership.
In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
This position will remain open until filled. This is a Non-Exempt level, benefited position. This position will not sponsor applicants for work visas. This position is a restricted position and is dependent upon project need, availability of funding and performance. Education: Associate's degree Experience: One year of experience. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (in particular Excel, Outlook, and Word).

Experience: Preference will be given to applicants who have worked in a support position in academia, specifically research academia, and who have experience with UVA current software systems and programs.
