Provides specialized nursing care or administers delivery of nursing care to patients as a charge nurse. Plans, implements and assesses individual nursing care plans.
For new hires to NVMHI six week paid (M-F;7-3:30pm)orientation is provided.
This is a Day Shift position.

Minimum one year of full time experience as a registered nurse in psychiatric setting required.
Position requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and eligibility for or current licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia or a compact state
BSN strongly preferred

Must be able to work weekends. Must be able to work some holidays.
