Job Duties
The Supreme Court of Virginia, Office of the Executive Secretary, is seeking applications for a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist position. This position is in the Fiscal Services Department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The reimbursement specialist will be working in a team environment to analyze, audit, code and process the large volume of accounting and expenditure documents received from the circuit and district courts of Virginia. This position will have frequent contact with court personnel, vendors, attorneys and other state agencies. In addition, this position will research and resolve inquiries concerning expenditure payments and will assist in organizing and filing departmental work papers and reports.
