The Department of Microbiology, Immunology, and Cancer Biology at the University of Virginia School of Medicine seeks a Research Scientist to work in the lab of Dr. Kwon Park . The candidate will join the department's highly collaborative research group. The successful candidate will contribute to developing research grant proposals and may pursue independent research funding that complements ongoing lab research. Successful candidates must have effective oral and written communication skills as evidenced by a solid track record of scientific manuscripts and presentations.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Ph.D. or terminal degree. ABD may be accepted. Preference given to applicants with post-doctoral research experience.
