This position is designed for a polished, highly organized professional who can bring structure to a fast-moving executive environment, confidently coordinate with senior stakeholders, and help the office operate with consistency, discretion, and forward momentum.

The Role

As the Senior Executive Assistant to the EVP for Health Affairs, you will help lead the day-to-day operations of the executive office in an onsite environment that values professionalism, sound judgment, responsiveness, and collaboration. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in complexity, anticipates needs before they surface, and can influence across senior stakeholders without direct authority. The role is less project-focused and more deeply centered on keeping the executive office running smoothly through exceptional coordination, prioritization, and follow-through.

  • Own and manage a complex executive calendar , balancing shifting priorities, competing demands, and evolving organizational needs.


  • Coordinate scheduling across executive stakeholders and serve as the central organizer of the EVP office .


  • Anticipate conflicts, identify risks and upcoming issues, and help create order in a high-volume, high-visibility setting.


  • Support interactions tied to system wide senior leadership activity with a high level of discretion and professionalism.


  • Help ensure smooth daily office operations by communicating clearly, tracking details closely, and maintaining strong follow-through.


  • Work alongside a collaborative executive office team that includes the EVP, a senior advisor, manager of executive operations, and executive project manager , and other key partners.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least three (3) years of experience in administrative functions.
    (five (5) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
  • Significant experience supporting executive-level leadership.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet immediate turnaround requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold office integrity.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, tact, grace, and professionalism when working with diverse constituencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly adopt new technology and tools.

Work Requirements
  • Five days / week in office


The pay range for this role is $25.72 - $45.68 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
