Part-time Faculty Wage in Marketing, McIntire School of Commerce (Faculty Wage)

The McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia invites applicants for one or more part-time (below 0.5 FTE), faculty wage (non-tenure eligible) faculty positions in the Marketing Area for Spring 2027 and Fall 2027 semesters.

The faculty member will teach 1.5-5.5 credit hours per semester, primarily undergraduate courses in Business Statistics and Quantitative Analysis, with additional teaching related to Marketing courses as needed based on instructional needs.

Qualifications:

• A master's degree in Business, Statistics, Analytics, or a closely-related field is required; a Ph.D. in a relevant field is preferred.
• Relevant industry or educational experience is required; previous teaching experience in a higher education setting is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and collaborative team skills and the desire to work in a dynamic environment that stresses teamwork, innovation, and student-centered learning is required.

Compensation: $3,000-$4,000 per credit hour.
