Job Description:
Reynolds is one of the largest community colleges in Virginia and serves Virginia’s capital city and five nearby counties. Annually, our four campus sites serve approximately 13,000 credit students and provide training for 7,400 students through the Community College Workforce Alliance. The Testing Placement Specialist will administer placement tests, make-up tests, distance education and other tests for the Downtown or Parham Road Campus Testing Centers, according to published guidelines and procedures. This position will perform a variety of other administrative and office support tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the Testing Center.
Minimum Qualifications:

Working knowledge of educational software programs and tools. Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of support and assistance to faculty and students. Demonstrated ability to follow established guidelines and procedures; perform administrative and office support functions; and to use a personal computer and current software programs. Demonstrated ability to work with students of varying backgrounds and educational levels; and to communicate and work effectively with multi-cultural populations that support diversity, cultural understanding and inclusion. Graduation from high school or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:

Current experience delivering exceptional customer service in a busy environment is preferred. Experience in instructional support in an academic environment is also preferred.
