General Information:

The Department of Kinesiology is accepting applications for a FWS student for the 2025-2026 academic year. This position will assist the department's Equipment & Facility Manager with various departmental tasks. The student must be Federal Work Study eligible and available to work 10 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Cleaning learning/instructional labs
-Setting up classrooms
-Assisting with performing preventative maintenance on equipment
-General cleaning of equipment
-Other duties as assigned by the Equipment & Facility Manager

 

Qualifications:

-Basic mechanical knowledge or a willingness to learn
-Ability to work independently or alongside Equipment & Facility Manager
-Dependable
-Shows initiative
-Willing to work 10 hours per week
-Must be Federal Work Study Eligible

Conditions of Employment:  

Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).
