Job Summary/Basic Functions

Plan, schedule and prioritize specific work assignments; interpret work orders, blueprints, or specifications. Responsible for leading, assigning, and inspecting the work of other plumber-steamfitter personnel.

Required Experience:

Extensive experience in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance. Valid driver's license. ability to carry tools and equipment to and from job site. Ability to work in confined space and from ladders and lifts. Plumber Journeyman's license.

Additional Considerations:

EDUCATION
High School graduate or equivalent preferred

Experience
Knowledge of University Work Request System.
Knowledge of Building Automated System (BAS).
Knowledge of UMW procurement and SPCC
