Job Duties:

Wilson Workforce and Rehabilitation Center (WWRC) Admissions office is seeking a Direct Service Associate III. This position will gather, organize, and review referral information based on determined admission criteria. In addition, this position will have responsibilities within the Consumer Satisfaction Division, including, but not limited to, admission intake, enrollment, and agency policy-required paperwork; logistical guidance; assisting the clients with the initial move-in activities to their assigned residence; and new student orientation activities. The Admissions Program Support associate will also provide administrative support to the admissions department, administration, and other areas as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduated from a high school or equivalent program.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate level of knowledge to interpret and analyze medical and psychological
  terminology.
• A proficient level of knowledge related to aspects of various disabilities.
• Some knowledge of vocational rehabilitation.
• Competent in independently compiling a broad range of information and applying
  to written criteria for planning of supports, services, and goal appropriateness.
• The ability to work independently is essential.

Additional Considerations:

Graduate of an accredited college or university in a program in human services.
