Job Description:
This position is responsible for managing the daily undergraduate admissions operation activities and business processes for a designated population. This includes serving as an admissions coordinator responsible for representing the University and for gathering facts regarding applicants and analyzing credentials. There may be occasions where the employee will be asked to work during university closings as directed by his or her supervisor. These instances will include working from a remote location (i.e. telework, etc.).
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of effective customer service and problem-solving techniques.
  • Working knowledge of PC-related software to include Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, as well as organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with the public, as well as interpret, explain, and apply a variety of policies, regulations, and standards.
