This position champions a collaborative, unrelenting commitment to advancing living-learning communities and residential colleges. The Associate Director is responsible for ensuring that our residential colleges and living-learning communities develop student leaders who live out the Aspirations for Student Learning, practice the Principles of Community, and reflect the Six Dimensions of Well-being. 2) You’ll report to the Director of Living-Learning Programs, in a Regular twelve-month, 100% administrative professional appointment.

3) Along with a partnering Associate Director and the Office of Living-Learning Programs team, this position will contribute to the measurable increases in number of students engaged in LLPs (across all student demographics), evidence of LLPs impact on student’s well-being and success, and evidence of deep engagement with program directors and faculty principals.

4) Each associate director works with two residential colleges or CID-LLP and roughly 10 living-learning communities that are led by a full-time program director.

5) You’ll have the chance to grow and take advantage of a developmental plan with opportunities to advance within the Department and the Division.

6) You’ll be offered a base compensation package between $65,000 and $69,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package which includes health insurance, paid leave, retirement, tuition assistance, VT discounts, and so much more.
