The Associate Vice President will manifest the principles of shared governance and collaborate with faculty to advance the College's relevance and brand. The Associate Vice President must have experience with strategic planning, budgeting, instructional resource allocation, assessment, and accreditation. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as a commitment to and appreciation of diversity, are required, along with civic and community involvement.
