Primary Purpose and General Responsibilities:

Perform randomly selected monitoring visits and for cause auditing of FDA regulated clinical trials
Deliver monitoring confirmation letters and monitoring reports to study teams
Work with study teams on monitoring findings by identifying root causes of findings and then addressing through education to study teams and help with internal process improvement
Identify trends seen across monitoring of clinical trials; identify where there is gaps in resources or support
Provide assistance, training and education to study teams in utilizing Veeva SiteVault and Veeva eTMF
Other regulatory-related tasks as needed
