Job Duties
The Decision Systems Analyst II, hereafter, the incumbent, is a skilled and adaptable data professional with primary responsibilities in process and data analysis, design, and development for the Investment team. The incumbent's responsibilities include analyzing existing processes, interviewing business process owners, gathering relevant data, and then developing and implementing technology-based process improvement strategies. The incumbent will be responsible for managing ETL processes and completing ad-hoc requests. Additionally, the incumbent will assist with modeling, reporting, and database development as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, or related field with strong computational emphasis, required; Master’s degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
• Experience improving complex business and technical processes
• Experience with ETL software solutions
• Enterprise level relational database systems expertise, to include ability to write efficient and advanced SQL code
• Experience with reporting and data visualization tools, such as Tableau and/or Power BI
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work well both independently, and within a team
• Ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines, working autonomously, and as a part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience writing technical documents
• Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail; help solve problems and make decisions
• Excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, and client service skills; ability to work effectively and closely with others
Additional Considerations
• Experience with SSIS and APIs, preferred
• Experience with Python, MATLAB and/or other similar coding, preferred
• Experience with robotic process automation tools, such as UiPath and/or Power Automate, preferred
• Specific experience in data modeling, business intelligence, computational application development, financial engineering, and/or financial market data, preferred

Currently, this position has a hybrid work schedule - requiring work in the office three days per week, and work remotely two days per week. The selected candidate must be able to work in the office any day of the week as required by the manager.
