Dual Enrollment Specialist

Reynolds is one of the largest community colleges in Virginia and serves Virginia’s capital city and five nearby counties. Annually, our four campus sites serve approximately 13,000 credit students and provide training for 7,400 students through the Community College Workforce Alliance. The Dual Enrollment Specialist will serve as a liaison between Reynolds Community College and assigned school systems to provide information regarding academic opportunities and educational programs at Reynolds in support of the high school dual enrollment program.

This position supports the Coordinator of Dual Enrollment in the implementation of strategic enrollment initiatives; provides administrative support in the development and delivery of educational workshops, seminars and information sessions; and in the preparation and delivery of print materials to local high schools, and other educational partners.

This position serves as the first point of contact for educational interest in the dual enrollment program and is responsible for cultivating and nurturing positive working relationships with local high schools, business partners and other community stakeholders.

Additionally, this position will also participate in college-wide student recruitment and enrollment events, activities and other special projects to support increased student enrollment and student success.
