Job Description:
Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education:
  • High school graduate or equivalent education/experience that equates to a high school diploma.

Required Experience:
  • Experience working with office practices.
  • Experience working with faculty, students, and/or staff.
  • Work experience and proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing, presentation programs,
     and Google Suite.
Additional Considerations:

Preferred Education:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or some college-level and/or professional secretarial training.

Preferred Experience:
  • Administrative work experience in higher education.
  • General working knowledge of Commonwealth of Virginia.
  • Experience with eVA and SWaM procurement policies and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of Commonwealth of Virginia travel policies and procedures
  • Budget experience.
