Minimum Qualifications:

Education:
  • High school graduate or equivalent education/experience that equates to a high school diploma

Experience:
  • Customer service experience within an office setting
  • Advanced experience in data processing and office practices
  • Experience providing administrative support
  • Experience working with confidential records
Additional Considerations:

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience with higher education operations
  • Experience with student information systems
  • Experience working directly with students
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with federal, state or institutional policies and procedures
