Job Duties

This position will supervise the Transition Residents assigned to the “purchasing”, preparation, service, and accuracy of all transitional meals. This individual may share opening and closing operations supervision to closely monitor food quality, quality of service delivery, safety, and sanitation in a 7-day a week, 16 hour a day operation. Position will supervise customer satisfaction and take an active role in both the identification and correction of departmental improvement plans. This position may assist in providing coverage and support for operations in the kitchen and cafeteria, as needed. Position will be considered essential to operations and will be required to perform any/all duties as listed in EWP during emergency situations.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required. Valid Driver’s License is required.

Additional Considerations

Experience in a food service setting is preferred. Safe Serve Certified preferred; ability to become Safe Serve certified within a year of employment will be considered. Experience in a forensic mental health or comparable setting preferred. Experience working with Sex Offenders preferred. Experience working with Sex Offenders in a Clinical role preferred.
