Job Duties
Provides administrative support to recruitment, benefits and employee relations in a fast-paced environment while performing specific duties requiring attention to detail and to meet deadlines. Assists with HR in various areas such as recruitment, benefits, and employee relations as well as providing administrative support to the HR Director. Utilizes and may maintain various HR databases for assigned transactions within Human Resources.
Successful candidate should possess:
• Working knowledge of the concepts, practices and procedures of human resources and filing systems.
• Considerable knowledge and skill in office organization, keyboarding and the use of Microsoft Suite software.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; to use independent judgment to plan and accomplish tasks; and to initiate and maintain automated HR recordkeeping systems, including web-based applications.
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations, information and documentation.
• Ability to be able to multi-task with multiple stimuli.
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience working in Human Resources providing clerical support.
• Experience in office organization.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite software to include email applications.
• Experience with time management and meeting deadlines.
• Experience handling release of information requests.
Additional Considerations
• Additional experience and/or training related to records management, data systems, and human resources practices.
