IT System Analyst

Germanna Community College is a public, open access institution of higher education in the Virginia Community College System. The IT System Analyst analyzes business requirements to design and develop Information Technology solutions to support the College's mission and strategic plan in a multi-platform environment. The position is responsible for enterprise technology system administration, curriculum data management, and academic systems development/implementation including testing for accurate outcomes, documenting the process, conducting user review, and user training. The position performs necessary maintenance and upgrades to existing programs and systems in response to changing needs. The position provides complex functional user support and problem resolution for enterprise technology systems including, but not limited to, the Student Information System (SIS), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Administrative Information System (AIS).
