JOB DESCRIPTION

Development and maintenance of agency application software systems. Please note this position follows a hybrid work schedule to include both in-office and telework. Candidates must be able to work from the assigned work location in Virginia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working knowledge of UX design principles
  • Knowledge of industry tools like Adobe, Zeplin, OmniGraffle, Illustrator, Balsamiq and Sketch.
  • Knowledge of.NET development using C#, ASP .NET, Web API, JSON, Web Services.
  • Knowledge in Responsive UI design patterns and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of a variety of web-based UI development platforms/languages, including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills to communicate ideas to developers, information security, business analysts, project managers & with different business users.
  • Problem-solving skills to determine solutions to user interface challenges
  • Ability to work effectively independently & as a member of a team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Combination of education or training with major coursework related to the position.

It is responsible for administering laws and regulations related to air quality, water quality, water supply, renewable energy, and land protection.
