Job Duties

Provides clerical and administrative support. Maintains filing systems, copies, and distributes materials, and purges inactive files. Performs keyboarding duties, entering data into forms, documents, and agency data systems. Produces administrative reports and correspondences.

Minimum Qualifications

Demonstrated skill in the use of Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel to accomplish office support requirements Recent experience providing customer service and administrative support in a professional office setting.

Additional Considerations

Knowledge of Clerical and/or administrative support experience in the Correctional and/or alternative setting. Courses in office administration or equivalent training. Working knowledge of a multi-line communication system. Experience in filing or record keeping or data entry.
