Job Duties

1. Experience drafting and tracking policies and procedures.
2. Experience with the legislative process, including Legislative Action Summaries, Fiscal
    Impact Statements and Enrolled Bill Reviews.
3. Experience with Virginia Town Hall.
4. Experience drafting regulations to implement new or amended statutory requirements.
5. Experience conducting research.
6. Ability and willingness to work extended hours during General Assembly.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Experience planning, organizing and conducting meetings; communicates
    effectively,
2. Experience in policy research, quantitative and qualitative data analyses, data
    visualization techniques and presenting findings/recommendations,
3. Ability to collect, analyze, interpret data,
4. Ability to apply analytical results to the development of policy proposals,
5. Knowledge of federal, state and local policy, development structure, processes
    and stakeholders
