The Supreme Court of Virginia, Office of the Executive Secretary (OES), is seeking a highly qualified individual to assist with the administration of the Virginia Judicial Performance Evaluation (JPE) Program.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The Supreme Court of Virginia, Office of the Executive Secretary (OES), is seeking a highly qualified individual to assist with the administration of the Virginia Judicial Performance Evaluation (JPE) Program.

Minimum Qualifications
The most competitive candidates will possess:
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university is preferred. Professional experience in judicial administration in Virginia courts or OES is highly desirable.
The position requires significant experience using Microsoft Word, Excel (proficient with data analysis), Access (including user interface knowledge), and Adobe applications.
Successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to: plan, organize, manage, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously; prepare a high volume of communication documents including memos, letters, and emails; maintain program calendars; demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes; work effectively as part of a team; work successfully with elected and appointed officials; maintain a high degree of confidentiality; and communicate effectively. Further, the successful candidate must have excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
