The Fellow will support the Director of the Robertson Center in carrying out all functions of the Robertson Center for Constitutional Law

Essential duties:

• Provide initial drafts of amicus briefs and law review articles to the Director in a timely manner.
• Manage Center interns working on briefs by assigning them research and writing tasks, providing feedback, and mentoring.
• Handle filing of briefs and submitting law review articles for publication.
• Maintain information on Center website.
• Draft materials for marketing and fundraising include creating videos.
• Network with partner organizations develop new relations and to strengthen existing partnerships.
• Research grant opportunities and file grant applications to fund the work of the Center.

Qualifications:

• JD required

Candidates must have:

• Experience drafting appellate briefs; excellent research and writing skills and extensive knowledge of constitutional law
• Must be well organized and able to manage multiple tasks and details
• Must be a self-starter and able to work with little supervision
