Job Duties

The individual in this role will assess patients’ needs, develop and implement treatment plans, provide person-centered group and individual therapeutic activities, and collaborate with the treatment team in developing creative interventions to address patients’ needs.

Minimum Qualifications

A degree in Music Therapy or Recreation Therapy from an accredited college or university (required)
Current professional certification or certification obtained within 6 months (required)
Experience working in a clinical setting (required)
Experience working with older adults and/or individuals with mental illness (required)
