Administrative Assistant

Performs a variety of clerical duties to include answering the phone greeting patients or visitors sorting collating and filing records and data entry.

• Answers the telephone and greets patients or visitors.
• Performs variety of clerical duties that assists in the operation of the department.
• Performs computerized data entry.
• Performs area specific support activities.
• In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
  

Position Compensation Range: $15.00 - $19.19 Hourly

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent Experience: 1 year relevant experience Licensure: None required PHYSICAL DEMANDS Job requires frequently bending/stooping/traveling (distance: ½ mile). Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 20 - 50lbs. May be exposed to blood/body fluids and infectious disease.
